General Terms and Scope of Agreement
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the okz platform and all services under it. By visiting the okz website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any activity including betting or gaming, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.
"You" or "User" refers to any person registered on this platform or using its services. "okz" refers to the operating authority of this platform. These Terms have been prepared in accordance with the laws in force in Bangladesh.

- okz may request a valid national ID card, passport, or birth certificate for verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.
Account Management and Security
You are responsible for keeping your okz account secure. The following rules must be strictly followed:
3.1 Protection of Login Details
Keep your username and password confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the okz support team immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
okz may initiate a KYC verification process at any time. This process may require a national ID card, mobile number, or payment method documents. Certain services or withdrawal access may be suspended until verification is complete.
3.3 Updating Account Information
To change your name, mobile number, or payment method, you must submit a request directly through the support team. No changes will take effect automatically.
Terms for Deposits and Withdrawals
The following rules apply to financial transactions on okz:

Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit, unless okz approves otherwise. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or mobile banking accounts registered in another person's name are not permitted.
Warning: While a withdrawal request is being processed, the corresponding balance cannot be used for gaming or betting.
Terms for Bonuses and Promotional Offers
okz provides various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are stated in the offer description.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users may receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,500 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
5.2 General Rules for Using Bonuses
- A bonus is not equivalent to cash under any circumstances and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or multiple devices.
- okz reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers at any time.
- Bonuses are only usable in applicable games or betting categories — certain games may be excluded.
Rules for Betting and Gaming
The okz platform offers various gaming services including slots, live casino, and sports betting. Each category has its own rules.
6.1 General Betting Conditions
- A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a technical error occurs on the platform.
- If an event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded; bets placed after the result has been announced will not be accepted.
- In multi-bets, if any one selection is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the odds recalculated.
- okz reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit, and winnings exceeding that limit may be reduced proportionally.
6.2 Live Casino and Slots Rules
If a connection is lost during a live casino game, the round result will be determined according to the game server data. Slot RTP figures apply as per the rate declared by the game provider and are calculated as a long-term average.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okz platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited:
- Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
- Creating multiple accounts or coordinated betting to gain bonus advantages.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Conducting transactions using another user's identity.
- Unusual betting patterns that suggest match-fixing or the use of insider information.
- Introducing hacking tools, malware, or automated scripts into the okz system.
Personal Data and Privacy
okz treats the protection of users' personal data as a top priority. Information provided during registration and transactions is used solely for identity verification, payment processing, and delivering relevant services.

To request an update or deletion of your personal data, contact the support team. However, certain data must be retained for a set period due to legal obligations.

Account Closure and Suspension
okz may suspend or permanently close a user's account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Participation in prohibited activities as described in Section 07.
- Registration using false or misleading information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Legal obligations or security risks.
Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the verifiable balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided no other provision of the Terms applies.
Right to Modify Terms
okz reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the website for significant changes.
Continuing to use the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated terms. It is therefore your responsibility to visit this page regularly.
